Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all our valued participants. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least two days before the scheduled tour date; cancellations made within this window are eligible for a full refund, giving you peace of mind and flexibility. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of the tour or if you simply don't show up without prior notice, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund. We also want to prioritize everyone's safety, so please be aware that Japan Cultural Trails reserves the right to cancel tours unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, we will either provide you with a full refund or give you the option to reschedule your tour at a more convenient time. Our goal is to make your experience as enjoyable and worry-free as possible, even if plans need to change unexpectedly.
